Note: This is my first attempt at critiquing. So please bear with me.
O_o;;; "!!" Whoa...I've never imagined I see Ari's eyes and face like that. It's kind of goes against her inner nature. And Rylus's missing his white markings on his spines and the little spike on his top left wing on his tail has the wrong color. I was imagining more of a buddy-buddy, back-to-back image than a practice sparring fight.
With those minor issues aside, I have to say: "HOLY HELL!", this is an overall stunning piece of work. Despite your age and how you claim that you were better, you art skills are seriously beyond anything less than amateur's.
The interpretation of the futuristic background is very well done. The floating lands of how you've designed is nice and fairly detailed. I could suggest in add a little more variety like adding ruins, buildings, some life, or adding a waterfall, etc. Also, the floating lands seem to lack the energy streams that you see in the skies and they connect each other, which is the source that keeps them floating in the air. The buildings and structures of the background are fairly good. After examining this thoroughly, I do want to ask how you did the details of that lamppost, the bridge and it legs. Did you use a filter effect? And is that suppose to be an swirled ice sculpture? I like that bit of creativity.
As for my OCs' appearance, I really your anime style as I feel anime/manga are the best style to bring out my OCs as best as they can possibly be portrayed. The shading and lighting coming from the details of both my OCs' attires are eye-catching. The highlight of this image in my opinion is the facial design and the anatomy structure of the dragons. Though in Rylus's case, I'm a little bit disappointed that part of Rylus is cutoff on the right end. I rather see the majority of Rylus to be more fleshed out to get a little more general idea and feel of the whole atmosphere of the artwork. I also think his position should be move a little more near the center of the image since they're the main theme of this image. I'm also slightly confused on the light source(s). There's one on the top-right of the image and the other sort-of giving off from Ari's force field. About Ari's left arm and hand, I would of suggest the position to have her arm straight up, aiming towards her brother, with an open hand and the ring glowing from it.
Overall, this whole picture is very eye-catching. Once again, you've brought out my OCs as best they could look! Just a few things need to discuss or look it over.
Thank you for the commission. I would like to commission you again in the future.
When I first got a good look at the whole artwork, this piece of music came to my mind, which I feel to be appropriate fit: [link]

Ok, where to start... Oh, I know: I just love the background. The mix of futuristic world and fantasy, I really like it. I have to admit that I love how you use the lighting to imply some more three dimentional effect to your artworks. Also, the characters arte anatomicaly perfect, seriously, I'd love to have such drawing skills like you. I like how the light kinda reflects on the surfaces and makes them a little blurry. Amazing job right there, congratulations Wolfie.
I don't just like it, I love it. And of course, you can practice more and get even more awesome at drawing. :3 But you are young and seriously talented, you should remember that. You have achieved more than a lot of people never will.
